Banbury Madni Masjid is proud to host the Citizens Advice service as part of our commitment to serving the wider community. This valuable service provides free, confidential advice to anyone in need, regardless of background or faith, and is available without an appointment.
Citizens Advice is a Community Help and Information Point (CHIP) offering free, confidential advice to anyone needing support. Trained advisors can help with a wide range of issues that affect daily life, from benefits and housing to debt and employment concerns.
The service at Banbury Madni Masjid operates every Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and is available to everyone in the community without needing to make an appointment. Simply drop in during the session time.
This initiative is part of the West Northants & Cherwell Citizens Advice service, bringing essential support directly to our local community.
You can also scan the QR code (available at the Masjid) to find your nearest CHIP if you cannot attend during the scheduled time.
We encourage anyone needing advice or support to take advantage of this valuable service.
We believe that our primary role is to serve the needs of the local community
